I recommend

Very friendly welcome from all staff
The rooms are very decent, with comfortable sleeping.
Quiet and silent.
Ideally located in the heart of town
I recommend both this hotel restaurant, and this big town to visit imperatively

Beware of bedbugs!

Room 6 apparently has bedbugs!
When booking for 1 person we had to pay 70 eur extra for a 2nd person in the same large bed!

Disappointment

Very well located in Bouillon but did not meet our expectations at all. It was planned that the room would be equipped with a television, but the infrastructure is in need of absolute renovation: torn hangings, carpeting and paint cleared, smell of closed premises. No more service after 8pm, if you need a drink or other no vending machines.
The breakfast was mediocre: no local produce, commercial orange juice, white yogurt, no fruit,...

To flee.

Nothing to say about the hotel. But the bosses….. this is argued in the middle of service, no respect for customers. I frequented this hotel twice a year. But it's over. I have never been so welcomed in a hotel.

Average hotel, good restaurant

Hotel was average, but standard for a hotel in a small town in that area. Small rooms, tiny bathroom. But they have a good italian restaurant in the building, and breakfast was also very good. Located in the very centre of the town, so perfect to visit the town and its surroundings.
