Nice small place, good location.

Needs a little bit of TLC on the small things (crack in our sink) but it caused no issues.
Great location, steps away from a Subway Station. Surrounded by restaurants and easy to walk to different areas.
Quite area but, a few homeless people around but, had no issue with them.
Harley was very helpful and friendly.
No turndown service but, as we were there for 1 week he changed towels etc.
Would stay here again no problem!

Dirty and neglected

Terrible choice. It would have potential but is managed very poorly. Nonexistent cleaning. In four nights spent at this property, the room was never cleaned, contrary to what was written everywhere, where daily cleaning was expected. The cleaning in general was terrible; upon arrival, we found empty cans near the bed and towels with mold. Evidently, there is no health department in Toronto that inspects accommodation facilities.. upon arrival, we found the room occupied by another person; the owner apologized, saying he had given the same rooms to two people and changed our room.. absurd if you think about it... I would say the only thing that is saved is the location; for the rest, facilities like this should be checked and shut down...

Convenient, secure location. Across the street from the subway station. Harley is a wonderful host!

Room was clean checking in was easy with the instructions the old complaint I would have was my room did not have air conditioning and the room was very hot and humid

Not really a hotel. No address posted outside. Driver could not find the location. Not very clean. There were stains on the towels. Would be of stayed somewhere else had I known.
