Amazing hotel!

What an amazing place! Beautiful rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Close to everything downtown. We attended a concert at Scotiabank Arena and it’s right across the street. Loved it.

The absolute business

We couldn’t have chosen better for our three night debut in Toronto. 10 minutes from the CN Tower, the main station and the outstanding waterfront, the hotel’s location made it perfect. There was a huge rock concert one night in the indoor stadium 100 yards away, but apart from the police reducing traffic flow, this caused no issues at all. We got lucky with an upgrade which was a huge room, but generally the Germain brand is one to look out for. Classy, stylish, even slightly quirky. Sensational.

The hotel and staff were excellent. Such attention to detail and so friendly. Excellent location. Highly recommend!

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great stay. From management to associates in all departments, everyone took the extra time to be helpful. From walking us around the property to show us how to get around to helping me bring drinks from the bar to my room, you can tell that the hotel was extremely well managed and hire professionals in the service industry. The decor was clean and warm, and the food and drinks were great quality given it was not a huge resort hotel. The location was exceptional and allowed easy access to all the city has to offer. They also had great suggestions for us for activities. Everyone was friendly and happy and warm making the stay that much better than it already was. I would not hesitate to stay there or in any Le Germain property again!

We had a King Suite for 4 nights. The room was EXTREMELY dark. VERY bizarre. We felt like we were in a terminator movie. The master had NO windows. Only a large dark grey piece of granite which seemed like was once a window? The lighting throughout the suite was terrible. Drove me nuts. Location was great if you are going to the Scotia Bank Arena. Staff was great as well. Not really a great hotel for amenities.
