Amazing Views, Excellent Service and Perfect Plan with Kids

Nest is spectacular! Stunning views and very good experience in the tents. The food and Service were excellent. Perfect for climbing with children.

Disappointing - Glamping with zero exclusivity.

Niddo offers a glamping experience and connection with nature; however, when you go to a glamping site, you expect a luxurious, exclusive experience with attention to every detail for its guests, which does not happen at Niddo. The problem is that Niddo, more than being a glamping site, resembles a recreational center, as it offers day-pass services, which allows a lot of people to enter the facilities, making you feel sidelined, even though you have a reservation in advance and are paying a high cost for access. In my case: 1. Upon arriving at Niddo, there was no parking space; the place was so full of day-pass visitors that we, as guests, had no place to park. 2. The check-in was delayed due to the large number of people asking about the restaurant, buying things, etc. 3. When we headed to the restaurant for lunch, the dish we wanted to eat was not available. We had to wait about 1.5 hours for our lunch to be served, and it arrived RAW, with the salad poorly presented. I ordered a michelada beer, and they handed me a glass whose rim barely had salt and two dry lime wedges for me to squeeze myself (quite rude). My husband ordered another beer, and there was none left. 4. Upon ascending to our glamping site, which was on the rocks, instead of hearing the sounds of nature and managing to disconnect, we heard the noise of all the people talking, shouting, etc., in the restaurant area and the inner patio. 5. In the morning, we were awakened by the music from the restaurant around 8 AM. So, you go to a place to connect with nature, where you want to wake up to the sound of birds, the wind, etc., and that is not possible. 6. The WIFI service is very poor; with so many people connected to the same network, it collapses, making it difficult to connect. In conclusion, my husband and I have had different glamping experiences, and in this case, we can say that Niddo was disappointing.

It doesn't justify the price.

I booked at the Rock NEST to give my parents a gift as they love the idea of going to Glampings. However, on arrival, they found the room in poor condition: there was dirt, the bathroom still had a used bar soap, the bed was bugged, and the tent was old and broken. Overall, everything was in bad shape. Faced with this situation, my parents decided to go to the reception to inform that they could not accept the room in these conditions and chose to leave. In total, I paid $1,186,200, a price that does not justify the quality of this place, as it is far above other sites with better facilities. Besides, I didn't get my money back. My Recommendation is do not waste money in this place, for that price you can find better sites.

Fun activities, close quarters.

This was our second time at Niddo Suesca. The first time we were with a larger group of friends and had the place nearly entirely to ourselves. .This second time we travelled with one other set of friends. Both of our families got very little sleep as our neighbors were up past midnight singing and drinking and the campsites are very close. I'd recommend either going as a larger group so you don't risk being kept up by the neighbors or going as a couple and booking one of the smaller tents along the rock face.
Great activities for the kids including rock climbing and outdoor art and good food!
