An absolutely gorgeous place to stay if visiting Parga .
The family run apartments are immaculately clean from the bedrooms to the pool area and bar .
Christos , Theo and family really do go above and beyond to make your stay a very enjoyable one in beautiful Parga .
Apartments are situated away from the busy town but easily walkable … well I say easy , I won’t miss that hill !
It’s all just perfect . Looking forward to many more visits and thank you !

♥️ Irini Studios! ♥️
Just home from a wonderful first stay at Irini studios.
Room was absolutely spotless with constant fresh towels and bedding.
Balcony was large as was the walk in shower.
The grounds and pool are lovely, really pretty with plenty of comfortable sun beds… no fighting for a bed even in the middle of August, lots to go around.
Really relaxing away from the crowds!
There is a lovely pool bar which is open all day from 9am until early hours and the food and drinks were great.
We ate breakfast there virtually every day, had lots of lunches and an evening meal as it was so good.. huge portions and something for everyone.
We always went back to the bar after dinner as the atmosphere was great.
Loads of repeat guests but we felt very included by the family and guests.
It was my husband’s 60th birthday and I asked Christos if he could recommend some nice restaurants in Parga with a view to take my husband to.
He gave me several options and I chose Ergio restaurant and so glad I did.. it was wonderful, the food, views and service!
It transpired it was his sister’s restaurant but he didn’t tell us that as he didn’t want to sway our decision!
We left with a gift of gorgeous cake from his sister!
In terms of location, it was just the right distance from the harbour/ centre of Parga for us.
Loads of restaurant options on the way down but only a 15 minute stroll away in total so it suited us fine!
Honestly loved our stay at Irini studios, people, place and atmosphere 5* and would definitely recommend and return!

Our Second Visit — Just as Wonderful as the First!
We returned to Irini Hotel in Parga from 9th–16th August after having such a fabulous stay last year, and once again it did not disappoint!
This year was extra special as we brought our son with us, and it was wonderful to share a place we had loved so much with him. We were warmly welcomed back by Theo, which immediately made us feel at home.
Christos is a fantastic host and, along with Theo and the rest of the team, made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. Their warmth, friendliness and genuine hospitality really are what make Irini Hotel so special. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they always go the extra mile to make sure you have a wonderful holiday.
The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean and has such a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. Another highlight has to be the lovely home-cooked meals. The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavour and clearly made with care — it really added to the warm, homely feel of the hotel.
Parga itself is stunning, and Irini Hotel is the perfect base for enjoying this beautiful part of Greece. We had another fantastic week, made some wonderful memories as a family and, as always, were very sad to leave.
A huge thank you to Christos, Theo and everyone at Irini Hotel for making our second visit just as fabulous as the first. We absolutely love it here and wouldn’t hesitate to return again. Hopefully, see you next year! ❤️

Just ok
Good = rooms everything you need for self catering very clean pool area good no bed wars and also very clean food and drinks ok.
Bad = some room had double glazing but ours room 4 didn't old type windows and door and the noise from the main road was horrendous ear plugs is an absolute must.
Now for the owner christos he was the most miserable man I have ever met.

Thank you for your review.
While we respect your opinion and appreciate all feedback, we feel this one deserves a little context.
Before your arrival, you specifically messaged us requesting a room on a high floor with a shower and a hairdryer. You had booked a Double Room through Jet2.
We gave you the high-floor Double Room you requested.
So the room you received wasn’t some random act of fate. You literally asked for it.
Now, the road noise.
You stayed with us from 12–19 August, quite literally the busiest period of the year in Parga, including the 15 August festival, when cars, traffic and people are pretty much e v e r y w h e r e in town.
Unfortunately, we have not yet figured out how to put Parga on silent mode or to physically relocate a public road.
Earplugs? Absolutely. I’m sure plenty of people around you have some. Perhaps next time, ask to borrow a pair.
And then we arrive at Christos...
Just a little clarification: Christos is NOT part of the Jet2 holiday package. He is not for rent, not for sale, and certainly not included among the hotel amenities available for review.
But we do appreciate the feedback nonetheless.
Perhaps Christos is simply miserable with miserable people — hence your experience.
It is rather ironic to mention “no bed wars” while simultaneously creating the exact situation that required the owner to remind someone that the sunbeds are, in fact, for everyone.
When Mrs. Simm moved and stacked several sunbeds into a corner, preventing other guests from using them, so that she could move her own sunbed around as she pleased.
Christos simply asked you to leave the sunbeds where they were and reminded you that the pool area is shared.
So no, there were "no bed wars".
Thank you for staying with us, Malcolm and Paula. We’re glad you still enjoyed the cleanliness, pool, self-catering facilities and food, but this place isn't for you.
P.S. And one final thing.
You specifically asked us before your arrival whether the person who recommended our hotel to you — had mentioned that you were coming.
Having now read your review, i can certainly understand why she was very careful not to mention that she knew you or associate her name with yours.

Best cocktails in the Parga!
We had a lovely stay at Irini Studios in Parga. The accommodation had a wonderful traditional feel, which really added to the charm of our holiday. Everything was very well maintained and spotlessly clean, with the wrap-around balconies being a particularly lovely feature. The pool and bar areas were also beautiful and made it easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We enjoyed cocktails every night in the bar and can honestly say they were easily the best we had in Parga both in taste and presentation- Theo is a master mixologist! The food was tasty and generous in portion size. Christos was very helpful with his restaurant recommendations - had the best stifado ever thanks to those suggestions!
Overall, Irini Studios was a charming, well-kept place to stay and we really enjoyed our time there. We would happily return.
