Perfect place to stay in an amazing city

Achina Guest House is a fantastic place to stay in Leh. The main market is only about ten minutes' walk away. The apartment itself has multiple bedrooms (each with its own bathroom) and a common living space with a kitchen. There are plenty of pots and pans, silverware, glasses, etc. for cooking. Gyalson, the host, is an incredibly nice fellow who ensured that we always had plenty of drinking water, blankets, etc. He also gave us tips on what to do and see in the area, what we should expect to pay when hiring a driver to visit all of the local monasteries and other sites, and checked in regularly to ensure that we were comfortable. Two of our party were actually feeling unwell after our stay in Delhi, and Gyalson brought them plenty of homemade soup and looked after them. Leh is an amazing city and Gyalson's B&B is the place to stay. Highly recommended! Thanks for everything :)

Nice place to stay.

Our host and guest house owner Mr Gyaltson is a very polite and humble person. He helped us to arrange the permits, car and tells us must places to visit in leh.We had a wonderful time staying at his place Very much felt like home. A small kitchen is available for some tea or small cooking.I will highly recommend it.
We hope to come again and enjoy this homely place :)

Amazing stay and hospitality.

It is an amazing place to stay with family and friends.The hospitality and help that gyalson provides is appreciable.kindly visit the place and enjoy the ambiance.
Our stay was very comfortable and full of enjoyment.The food and other needs where easily available.The host were very good.

A perfect homestay in Leh for your family

If you are travelling to Leh and are looking for a comfortable and cozy home stay for your family - one that allows you to experience the warmth and hospitality of the Ladaki people, then Achina is just the right place. I stayed here with my wife and 2 kids for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. It is located close to the Zorawar fort. Rooms are well lit and there is a separate dining area with a kitchen just in case you are in a mood to cook something quick. The host, Mr. Gyalson, is a gem of a person - very friendly, helpful and always smiling. The host family stays on the ground floor while the guest rooms are on the first floor. I will surely recommend for family stays.

Nicest place in Leh

Highly recommended. The rooms are really clean and a small kitchen is available for some tea or small cooking. Only few minutes walking from the main market, it offer the quietness for a good night sleep.
The owner is REALLY friendly and service minded. They are also keen to cook some breakfast or dinner if you wish so (the food is delicious).
We’ve been staying there 3 time over 3weeks stay in Ladakh, and i will highly recommend it.
We hope to come again and enjoy this homely place!
