Please don’t stay here. As far as the room goes, it was clean and fine. The service was horrible. The apartment is located in a residential building with several keys and codes to get into. We do not speak Russian and were given 0 instructions how to find the hotel. The address was wrong. We had to go on an elaborate scavenger hunt with the kind convenience store employees and people who live in the complex to even figure out the building. We were unable to get into the room with 0 instructions. No wifi password provided. The woman eventually answers her WhatsApp in Russian but you’re expected to independently hunt for yourself. She woke us up the next morning and tried to sell us something. She then demanded cash when we had already paid on trip.com. Not to mention, there wasn’t even enough room for the third bed with a dirty mattress in the apartment and we had to rearrange furniture for one of us to sleep. Don’t stay here and make the mistake like we did.

Нас не заселили в Мега парк апартамент. Стояли у дверей, по телефону женщина грубо разговаривала и не могла найти нашу предоплаченную бронь. Но спасибо ей, заселила в другие апартаменты, так как эти были заняты. Овербукинг.
