Very pleasant stay

Excellent all around, pet-friendly, very quiet even though it's located in the middle of the city of Cusco, excellent service, super clean, it's very affordable, with access to the fully equipped kitchen, and includes breakfast, the interior patio makes a huge difference when traveling with my indoor cat, they also offer a hair dryer on demand and laundry service for a small fee. They have a friendly parrot and two very nice dogs.
I am delighted, I will stay for 10 days.

Worst experience in peru

Pros, location 10minutes from center.
Room cleaned every day.
Very cold room. There are always dogs barking all over the building and cats meowing unbearably. The wooden floor of the room which creaks enormously and every time one walked the person from below tapping the ceiling.
We disagree on the quality of Breakfast , a hot apple juice , a laxative coffee .
We slept 3 nights , two days our excursions were early in the morning.
Breakfast was included in our room Reservation. Except that as we leave too early they did not want to make us lunch to take away.
In addition we delayed our entire group because the host was asleep while we warned him of the time and we were locked in the lobby.
Big negative, the doors are always closed, you have to ring to get in and out.
No freedom.
The pompom! We paid more than we had to pay.
And on top of that no gesture for unserved breakfasts.

Nice experience

Comfortable stay with my 2 nephews, Rosita super attentive, warm breakfast, spacious rooms, hot water, at night they can bring a hot muña tea to your room and the plus is the two dogs, super friendly!...well located

Bad service....

There are two recepcionists, the one with the short hair is rude and mean. We checked out and left our luggage at the hostel, she wouldnt let us use the bathroom when we came back and she looked angry.I would recommend to the owner to hire better staff. Other than that the hostel was okay.

Nice hostel!

We spent 5 nights in this hostel for +/- 85 soles a night in a double bed room. The rooms are a bit noisy but clean and quite big. The shower is hot and strong.
The kitchen has lots of possibilities to cook. A supermarket is on a 3 minutes walk. The breakfast is basic but for us more then oke!
The best part of the hostel are the employers, especially the owner. All women who are working really hard to make you having a good time. Their English is bad, but they really try to.
