Vacation

We had an excellent week in this hotel too bad the catering has dropped to the paraport level in previous years. For example the ice creams are not worthy of professionals. Otherwise the breakfast buffet is ok.

Appalling

Great location across from the beach if you can find it its difficult. The photographs bare no reflection. I thought I’d arrived in a war zone. The hotel is being refurbished outside they should have warned us how awful it looked.
Check in the worst I have ever experienced. The man was rude unhelpful and was more interested in his photocopier. We arrived at the same time as many noisy bikers and waited over thirty minutes. We wanted to know about parking but for him he was too stressed. He should have been more organised if he knew the bikers were arriving.
Bedroom large furniture ok. No duvets one sheet one blanket. It cost us 67 euros although on line 40euros. Nobody I dealt with spoke English. It is true you get what you pay for

Disappointment

For 90 euros a night, parking and breakfast included, we were accommodated in a room not even worthy for the staff. Clean certainly but on the ground floor, at the back of the neighboring hotel so noise of its air conditioning and noise of the kitchens (dishes) until late at night
We showed up for breakfast at 7:55, packed without even a smile until 8:00
We knew that there was no restaurant on site only upon arrival, after 9h drive not top, our choice was this hotel because there was restaurant....
Beautiful location, waterfront, but very far from the city

Nightmare in peñiscola

Hello continuing with my opinions based on my experiences, positive little within tolerable cleanliness and reception.
Far location core as Peñíscola is a roundabout left castle ,right beach ,hotel cadi end of it about 1.5 kms center .
Antique hotel in all areas minimum services only breakfasts ,entry reception without asphalt .
Rooms catch sleep ,115
They had to make room change impossible.
One-o'clock riots in hallways and rooms. One machine firing nonstop underneath headboard.
Parking read well apart I could prove at reception that it wasn't free. As you will see much I would have to change this hotel to return to the , it was a nightmare

To get out of trouble

It is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Both times only 1 night. To get by it is acceptable but to spend more days I do not recommend it. The room is at street level, the window overlooks an alley through which cars leave the parking lot. In general the room was clean but you can see that they are old, both in the tiles and in the furniture and decoration or bedspreads and bed sheets. We had breakfast in the hotel cafeteria but the waitress disappeared at times, and it took her forever to make us 2 tomato toasts and 2 coffees… The receptionist was very attentive and friendly. The hotel is just a zebra crossing from the beach.
