Lovely & Relaxing

We spent 2 lovely relaxing nights at this hotel. The room was basic but spotlessly clean. We ate in the restaurant both evenings and found the food to be excellent and good value. The view across the lake & the Sunsets are stunning and the restaurant staff were brilliant. We had breakfast both mornings and again the lady managing breakfast was very friendly. Choice & quality was good. It is a small walk down to the lakeside and if you are feeling fit, Iznajar is approx 1.5 miles or 10 mins in the car. We didn’t use the small pool but it looked wonderful. We loved our stay and found it very authentic, friendly & relaxing and above all very good value for money. Gracias

Fabulous!

Location is fabulous…right next to the gorgeous reservoir, with fantastic views over to Iznajar. Hotel is also fabulous. Rooms spotless, bed really comfortable. Breakfast unfussy and spot on. Staff without exception friendly and helpful, as well as exceptionally patient as I tried out my dodgy Spanish. Food at dinner excellent. This is an hotel punching above its stars, and deserves more stars. We will visit the area again…it’s beautiful…and will really look forward to staying there again.

An overnight stay with friends

We had decided to visit Iznajar so stayed here for one night . It's a lovely hotel, very friendly staff , rooms were adequate for the stay. Breakfast was included. As the weather was hot it was a lovely treat to have a pool to cool down in . There is a lovely terrace that offers a meal and drink with a view

Nice and recommended, with nuances

The hotel is very well located, in a very quiet and pleasant place, and very close to the village. Although it's a little dated and requires a major renovation, the truth is that it's pretty good, and maybe even worth one more star. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is quite scarce in variety, and the restaurant is not worth much either. Recommended for a couple of days off.
