The rooms are fabulous elegant extremely comfortable and very clean, all the staff for every request are very friendly, helpful trying to accommodate all the varied needs of which we had many.

Beautiful and Unique Hotel
We just spent 10 days here and I love this place. It has an unbeatable amount of character. Everything about this place is beautiful. I definitely recommend opting for the breakfast buffet as it is the most wonderful way to start your day.
Of course, the location is unbeatable. The staff are all very nice and the rooms are kept very clean.
The only downside, and this might just be our room, is that you can here the door below us slam fairly often, including into late evening. I'm pretty sure this is the door to the staff/ laundry area. However, the terrace off of our room was such an amazing place to hang out, it more than made up for it. I really hate that we have to leave tomorrow. Tossa de Mar is just an amazing place.
Of course, the location is unbeatable. The staff are all very nice and the rooms are kept very clean.

Mixed feelings
Beautiful hotel from the 1920s or 1930s, renovated room, excellent half-board for 7 consecutive days in a very beautiful city.
Unfortunately, the building is from the 1930s, with nonexistent floor insulation; when it operates, everything shakes in the rooms above, and the door slams non-stop at the front desk until late at night.
Noise from guests in the hallways at night, even at rates above average, is shameful! No one intervenes.
During the 7 days, half of the time was spent sleeping very poorly due to the neighbors!

Amazing Stay!
Absolutely amazing place to stay. We only had time for one night but the staff was very helpful, the location was very convenient right in the heart of Tossa, and our rooms were wonderful with a nice view of the fort! Would definitely stay here again!

Very disappointing. This hotel should not have 4 stars.
We stayed here 14-17/5. The building is beautiful but this hotel should not have 4 stars. The restaurant is very disappointing. In a covered terrace separate from the hotel. So cold have mobile heaters with the doors open. We had to keep our coats on. The food was only warm. There is no bar but we were told we get a drink on the restaurant’s roof terrace. But it rained most days. Breakfast was chaotic. Just 2 waiters. They kept running out food on display, forgetting to empty the orange juice machine! The room was ok. But there’s no ventilation in the bathroom and the window is locked! No porter either. I would not recommend staying here. The underground car park nearby is very small. A nightmare to manoeuvre to get out, 10 minutes. But walk in to the hotel to admire the beautiful architecture.
