Clean comfortable beds. Pool is very nice and clean. Outside of the strip close to Silver Dollar City

When I checked in I was charged 10 dollars more per night for my 2 kids because I forgot to "update" my reservation online for 3 people instead of 1. I had a room with 2 queen beds that slept 4. There was no need for that. I pulled up and checked the pricing for 3 people online and it was the same price i ALREADY paid but of course they needed to charge more. The towels were horrible some when attempting to use had hair on them. The rooms where "updated" with new beds so those weren't too bad but the sheets were stained bad so had to get them to change those. There was dirt and grime all over the walls, doors, the base boards were so caked with gunk. I went and bought sanitizing wipes and cleaned anything we would touch. I should of just canceled and lost the money tbh.... The morning we were checking out there were baby roaches. SMDH! I will NEVER in life stay at this place again and I go to Branson often. By far the worst place I have ever stayed. Disgusting. Breakfast... yeah don't waste your time on that either.

Avoid This Hotel – Extreme Hostility and Unexpected Fees

From the moment I arrived, the customer service was aggressively hostile. I was met with zero greeting, only a repeated demand that extra guests would incur additional fees. The front desk clerk then tried to charge me a $25 early check-in fee, even though it wasn't early. When I pointed this out, she simply shifted to insisting on a $10-per-person extra charge.
Within minutes of stepping into my room, she was knocking at my door, demanding I follow her back to the desk immediately to pay an unmentioned $100 damage deposit.
Later, when I called to ask about the pool hours, an older staff member—who had been wandering the grounds giving guests dirty looks—shouted into the phone that while the pool usually stays open until 9:00 PM, he was closing it right then.
I know this is a budget property, but there is no excuse for staff across the board to be this unbelievably rude, aggressive, and welcoming. The entire property is sketchy, run-down, and poorly managed. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else.

Room was adequate, especially for $57! I've stayed in $185/night hotels that were waaay worse. It was clean and descent. The bed frame SQUEAKS with every tiny movement, the air conditioner was loud, but actually that was a bonus because I couldn't hear my husband snore, but also couldn't hear the tv on full blast! Shower/tub needs some love. I would stay here again as it's so close to Silver Dollar City and it was cheap!
