Worth a try

Functional and clean mini-apartments in a residence located in a private park with closed on-site parking and security cameras. Good price and also convenient to public transportation.

The rooms are otherwise good, but the customer service needs improvement.

Hello. The only issue is that we could not open the door with the code that was given to us. I called the emergency number, and they told me that indeed the lock was broken and that they would give us a key to open it. The caretaker was not there, so he was called, and we had to wait almost 30 minutes in the hallway with my 80-year-old mother. What surprised me the most is that no one even bothered to inform me and ask what time we planned to arrive so that the caretaker could be present to let us in. The person on the phone told me that the caretaker was not supposed to always be there and that he also had a personal life or needed to do his shopping. I remind you that the rooms are available from 4 PM, and in case of a problem, no one is there. According to what I was told, the lock had been broken for 2 days, so in those 2 days, there should have been some anticipation and a notification to us. This is not the first time I have rented, and I hope to receive a goodwill gesture for the next time we rent. If we had arrived at 3 AM, would the caretaker have been disturbed at that hour? This kind of situation can happen, but what angers me is that you justify yourselves without an apology. Thank you.

Average & full of ants!!

Spacious, private parking, basic amenities but full of ants everywhere!! Informed the company but no reply. Otherwise clean.

All right!

Value for Award top. Makes you really stop believing that for 100 balls you can have a five-star accommodation in Lyon.
Parking, security, quiet, good bedding, clean, space.
Frankly all right.
And stop shooting merchants regardless of the Award you put!

Studio fair price

Positive points: the size of the accommodation, the comfort of the bed.
Some points noted for improvement:
there was only one cup. A cloth is missing for washing the dishes. a bread knife is missing (no breakfast service)
cleaning to be completed: dusty baseboards for example
