Would go again.

At the time the staff were fab, helpful and friendly. The place was clean and very good location.
Small room and tiny shower. No air con when we went. Just a small fan in the room.
Even so, I would go again .....

Good for low budget-tourists! No aircondition!

The good thing about the hotel is it is just the walking distance to the center and compare to other hotels in nice it is really cheap.
If it is hot summer time be aware that this hotel has no air condition. The bath and toilet are too small and it can be like a hell. The room itself also very small. But as I said for this price it is ok. The hotel is not perfectly clean but for a holiday in Nice 5 days, such conditions can be bearable. No problem. I was exhausted after the whole day traveling I only came to the hotel for sleep. So nothing bothered me much.

Tiny and no A/C

10 m2 room, no aircon and very noisy outside at night due to being a popular spot for the young people to meet in the early hours of the morning, 3-6am. Either pack sleeping tablets, ear plugs, or knock back a bottle or two to get some sleep there.

Avoid when weather hot

After many visits to Nice and staying in different hotels, this was the first with no air-conditioning. With its tiny rooms, it was like trying to sleep in a sauna so I had to change hotels after one night. The hotel insisted on charging me for the full stay at €90 a night which was very poor value for a cramped airless room. Its thin walls also made this a noisy place to stay: I could hear everything from the people staying next door. The only good aspect was that it seemed clean.

Brilliant hotel

Brilliant location with a lovely view really helpful friendly staff and clean room will defiantly stay again looking over a water fountain park in nice and rooms cleaned with fresh towels everyday
Very close to shops and restaurants and cafes
