This property does not claim to be anything more than it already is. More à three star hotel with a five star service. The staff were gracious and kind and went way overboard with restaurant reservations and answering our queries. The best.
The hotel was small, clean and the rooms had everything we needed. It is situated in a residential area so it was quiet but not too far from restaurants.
The breakfast on the terrace was good and we loved the home made guava jam.
Thank you again hotel Dama for a great stay

Hotel Dama is ia boutique hotel n a great neighbourhood. Good restaurants , near subway.
All the staff are very welcoming and helpful . Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Very happy to recommend.

Hotel Dama is a jewel. Great location, stylish atmosphere, beautiful rooms, amazing shower room, clean, wonderful amenities with a subtle but delicious breakfast on the roof. Who would not want to stay here.
This was exactly like we wanted to spent our first ever stay of 8 days in CDMX. The team is incredibly welcoming and correct. English and Spanish is no problem, they are proud on their city, the neighborhood and the brand.
Condesa and Roma are very pleasant, green and walkable neighborhoods.

I would like to give praise, applause and recognition to 3 of the staff members. Santiago, Yeirik (both reception), and Issac (waiter). All 3 of these staff members greeted us daily with a big smile and genuine care for our needs. All of them gave us many museum, food/restaurant referrals. Excellent customer service.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Dama. The staff was helpful, accommodating and kind. The location is lovely with the beautiful streets of Condesa to explore right outside. There are many great restaurants, cafes and stores close by. The hotel breakfast is wonderful with fresh fruits and pastries along with excellent coffee. We also enjoyed margaritas on the roof deck at check in - great way to unwind from a long travel day. The hotel is small and has a great feel to it along with interesting architectural details. Great place to stay when visiting Mexico City!!
