Best in its class in terms of price & performance!
We had the opportunity to stay for one week in July 2026. There may be some negative reviews among the previous ones, but our experience is quite recent. The hotel has been recently renovated. Since the previous tenants moved out and the hotel passed to its permanent owner, it has improved significantly in terms of cleanliness, prices, and service. The rooms are of adequate size and have excellent ventilation. The cleanliness is impeccable. The location is ideal for both exploring the city and discovering the surrounding bays.
Most importantly, I can say that there's nothing better in terms of price-performance ratio. The best hotel in Fethiye in its class. During our holiday, my nephew came to visit and stayed at a different hotel, so we had the opportunity to see other hotels in the city center. At these prices, you won't find anything better in Fethiye! You definitely have the option.

It was a nightmare stay!!
I want to share the negative experience I’ve had and submit a complaint about it. My wife booked our 6-night stay from Istanbul to Fethiye and paid 1000TL in advance as a deposit. But when we arrived at the hotel, we were asked to pay all 6 nights in advance at check-in. I understand your hotel policies, but making such a request from your guests as soon as you arrived at the hotel after a long journey was far from rude and welcoming.
We’ve announced that we’ll pay, our credit card will be paid in a few days, and we’ve offered to pay for 3 nights and pay for the rest later. But you’ve told us you’ll be charged the undiscounted price due to this request. We also agreed to pay at the undiscounted rate and paid 3 nights. We agreed to pay the rest later.
The problems aren’t over here. On Day 4, when we were on an understated boat tour, I received a call around 12:00. Our room, by the way, was sold to someone else inadvertently! When I was surprised to ask how such a mistake could be made, they told me we had to leave our room because we weren’t paying. They also indicated that if we don’t clear the room right away, they’ll gather our stuff and clear it.
In the phone call, though I never allowed him to enter my room without my permission, they walked into our room and put all of our things in the garbage bag and left it in the middle of it. It was really a nightmare for me and it ruined our vacation. As a hotelier for years, I’ve never seen such insane service before.
This clearly shows how missing your approach to your guests and the quality of service. Such irresponsibility cannot be accepted.

Friendly family run b&b
Our first stop on our trip around Turkey and was a great start to the holiday. Very friendly and clean family run hotel with a lovely pool. Close to bus station, prominade and shops and good value for money. Thank you for your hospitality and a lovely stay.

Cheap and cheerful for a brief stay.
This was a 2 night stay as a break in a longer journey. It is several blocks back from the seafront area between Fethiye and Çalis
We had booked an upstairs ensuite room but were kindly upgraded to a larger apartment on the top floor by the owner. This meant that we had a double bed + a single bed in the bedroom, and a further 2 single beds in the main room together with a sofa and armchair and a basic kitchen area. The apartment was in the roof and this meant being very careful of the ceiling height and shape, especially in the bathroom and where one window opened into the shower and the other opened down to the floor.
There was a/c in the bedroom and main room. There was reasonable wifi and a TV (which we did not use).
The season has not really started and there were only a few guests in the 2 building property. Breakfast was adequate and buffet style by the pool. As we do not like black tea and there was no coffee, even Nescafé, we asked for bottled water to drink.
The owner carried our suitcases up and down stairs for us,
Overall, a good cheap stop.

Uncomfortable beds
No shops around
No water at breakfast. You have to pay 3 lira
No fresh milk at breakfast. You have to pay 3 lira to get a carton.
All in all. If you are on a budget and okay to walk, only then choose this place.
