This second stage will focus on the northeast sector of the Bustillo Wing and will span over a 2,500 square meters area. These works contemplate, as in the first stage, relevant and notable changes in design, improvements in the electrical installation, the heating system, WiFi service, as well as the complete renovation of the bathroom, also providing all of the rooms with a AC and IP telephony services. Once again we aim to be able to provide you with the best possible comfort, so that your stay will not just be a pleasant stay, but also a complete and satisfactory experience. Where we will prove, once again, that our Resort is, without any doubt, a place to do much more than just rest. By Municipal Resolution #565-I-2017, 5-star hotels in San Carlos de Bariloche must charge tourists the following ECO-TAX: ARS $3692 per day per guest over 14 years of age, with a maximum of three nights' stay per guest. These rates may be modified without prior notice and only by Fiscal Ordinance. The aforementioned ECO-TAX will be charged at check-out at the current rates, under the code ECO_TASA charged on behalf of and by order of the Municipality.
