Please note that the room excludes electricity usage which will be charged at 7 THB per unit. The amount will vary depending on number of bedrooms used and whether or not Air-conditioning is turned off or left on when not in the rooms. Normal usage should be under THB 4,500 per day with full occupancy. For example, if you are 14 people and need 14 bedrooms...you need to book for at least 27 people. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of THB 70,000 is required on arrival.
