Litter trays must be used on tiled surfaces only and kept clean and emptied regularly. Any damage caused to hotel property including but not limited to; scratching, chewing, urination or faeces will be incur an immediate $500 fine charged to the guest on the credit card provided. NON-GUEST VISITORS All non-guest visitors must be met & Accompanied by a named guest .The named guest is responsible for the visitor whilst onsite and liable for any damages, and room fees for that the visitor incurs. These visitors must not stay overnight in compliance with our Fire and Egress process. If Roomie Apartment guests wish to add extra people to their room occupancy this must be pre-arranged with the Management. Please note that Both One bedroom apartment and Loft Apartments are located on our brand new tower block and there is no lift available for those apartments. PAYMENT Payments of the full booking amount plus a security deposit of $100 is taken as a credit card pre-authorisation at the time of check-in. The pre-authorised amount is set aside by the credit card company for a period of up to 10 working days (release times may vary, please check with the issuing financial institution). We require valid photo identification on check-in in the form of Driver’s License or Passport and evidence of your booking reference for bookings made via travel agents and OTA websites. You may be asked to present the credit card used to make the reservation at the time of arrival.
