Best in Griffith

Second time staying here, and mostly everything was comfortable. Couple of quibbles - the light in the room foyer should be a separate switch as it is very bright when sitting on the bed looking at tv or trying to read. Similarly the lovely gentle light above the bed would be ample to set a mood, without the downlights shining down. A pity disabled like us cannot reserve a parking spot. We were lucky, but if we'd had to park a distance away, getting luggage, wheelchair, oxygen would have been a pain.

Stayed overnight en route from Sydney to Adelaide. I rate this stay the 5 "C's":
C = COMFORT
C = CLEANLINESS
C = CONVENIENT LOCATION
C = COURTESY OF STAFF
C = CUISINE IN RESTAURANT
The room was very comfortable: great bed, great bathroom with a hot shower, cable TV, Kettle and fridge in room, air-con and bedside points for charging.
Location is right in the centre of town.
Staff were very friendly and courteous - checkin was seamless, as was the express checkout the next morning.
We ate in the hotel restaurant last night. I had the chicken cotoletta with a side salad, and husband had the double lamb loin chop with a side of creamy mash. Both were very tasty and nicely cooked.
Absolutely recommend this hotel for your next stay at Griffith.

Don’t book with 3rd party as they put you in the smallest , noisiest and claustrophobic window view showing the rooftop noisy generator and aircon unit. The card malfunction mutiple time for entry. The ironing board cover is pretty dirty and you won’t literally place anything in on top of it let alone ironing your clothing. Expedia need to review its relationship with the hotel as they need to improve the type and quality of room allocated for Expedia members
