A nice spacious room on the 4th floor with all the trimmings - an ideal base for cycling and hiking in Limburg. Thank you so much!

Stay at M Hotel

The rooms are run-down and in very poor condition. Wallpaper is missing, and the baseboards are completely damaged. The elevators (two of them) are broken and do not inspire confidence.
Orders placed at the bar are handled very poorly.
Complaints are not addressed at all. Parking is also very expensive.

Inhospitable reception and bad bed

The welcome was stiff and unfriendly. We arrived early and were immediately notified that the rooms were not available until 3 pm and that we should come back. There you are....
In the evening at the Boyer we heard the receptionist arguing on the phone .. no professional action.
And at check out it was only , thanks for handing in the card. Not welcoming!!!
Bed was bad. Big hole in the middle you kept rolling towards. And in Belgium they don't have fitted sheets! Your sheet rolls with you and in no time you're on top!
The hotel has no air conditioning in the rooms. Fortunately, a fan. Too bad the fan has so much
Noise keeps you awake.
So join us early for breakfast. Luckily that was well taken care of. Was that staff friendly.

The M Hotel is basically fine. The room is nicely designed, although it is a bit worn down. The location is good, with easy access to many places.
However, there is one issue I cannot ignore. The reception charged an extra €16 for having separate beds, even though the booking confirmation clearly stated two separate beds. This was not indicated at the time of booking or in advance.
I hope the hotel will look into this case, as this is not a fair practice, and I would not like other guests to experience the same. It is worth checking the bill and booking details upon arrival.

Our initial room was stunning with a beautiful view but due to the extreme heat we would gladly trade down for some cool air. We could smoothly transfer to a room with AC, staff was helpful and friendly but the location is the main bonus.
