Reasonable Hotel

It is a simple hotel, but with good cost-effectiveness. The breakfast is good, the staff are very polite, the bed is comfortable and the shower works well.
The rooms are small and the vast majority do not have windows facing the street; the windows give to the inner hallway and, for privacy reasons, there is a kind of tapestry on the outside, which prevents the entrance of natural light.
The downside is that the room does not have a desk or chair, which makes it a bit difficult for those who need to work during their stay.
Still, for the price charged, it is worth staying.

Disappointing

The only ben was coo that I can credit to the hotel is the location; the rest is painful; otherwise let's see:
• small apartment that barely allows for movement;
• super tight sanitary facilities with tiny box that turns the bath into real exercise to move in there;
• there is no accessibility and access to the upper floors is only by staircase;
• old apartment utensils and anchored edredons;
• friendly and polite receptionist service, but this is social obligation and not concession.
• Extremely simple breakfast without any item that deserves highlighting.
• deactivated the garage that was almost in front of the hotel and transported it to a distant place about 400 meters from the same; go there and have to come on foot to the hotel.
Finally, I do not intend to address what does not exist and, in my view, the hotel most turns to guests in fast transit and on business trip without family; for stays with more than two nights, or with family and children, it is painful.

Best cost-benefit

From cost-benefit point of view I heard it was the best option in town, and they were right. Two-thumbs up for the good and free wifi. No frills but good service. I was passing by Itajuba and the hotel fit perfectly on my needs of a good place for sleep, good location and right price.
Breakfast ok for the price, but little space in the restaurant though.

Os profissionais são muito atenciosos e prestativos.
O quarto é razoável, mas o banheiro é sujo. O box é MUITO sujo. Não consegui usar água quente no meu quarto, pois estava dando curto na fiação do chuveiro até quando desligado.
Infelizmente, apesar da prestatividade e atenção dos colaboradores, eu não voltaria a me hospedar.
Realmente sinto muito por isso.

Boa localização é só.
Quarto sujo, banheiro sujo, café de manhã ser Simples ok. Mas com aspecto sujo não surpreendeu. Minha estadia foi pro conta de uma reunião na cidade e por conta de festas não haviam outras opções disponíveis.
Nunca mais ponho os pés.
