Adequate, do not recommend. One star.
Personally, I was not comfortable here. Lots of chit chat, guests in the kitchen with the host in the evening until around 11:30 pm. I would have liked some peace and quiet. Awakened about every two hours by someone in the kitchen, at 2:00 am and 4:00 am in the morning.
The house itself is not in good shape. Electrical outlets are in bad shape, rooms are sparse, common areas are untidy. Cleanliness overall is not the worst but questionable at best. Outside, grass is long and yard is cluttered with piles of bricks and just stuff.
Bathroom and moldy clothes washer especially, smell so so bad.
Appreciated the mini fridge in the room with water as the room was hot at night. Sleeping with the window open wasn’t an option as the house is on a main thoroughfare.
Appreciated the bed and pillows. They were fine.
Unfortunately, although the price is right, I can’t recommend this b and b.

Where do I begin?
The host greeted us upon arrival and initially seemed pleasant, but our stay quickly became disappointing.
The first issue was the number of people moving around the property. It was unclear who lived there and who were guests. One woman appeared to be returning with groceries as if she lived there, while another couple also seemed to be staying on-site. The atmosphere felt confusing and uncomfortable.
Cleanliness was a major concern. When we pulled back the sheets, we found black hairs on the white bedding. Unfortunately, we were on a tight schedule and had few alternatives. The view from our room overlooked an active construction area, and I ended up sleeping on my coat because I was uncomfortable with the bedding.
The property also appeared poorly maintained. Paint was peeling from the bathroom ceiling, along with several other deficiencies. Photos have been attached.
Breakfast was another disappointment. We were asked whether we preferred breakfast at 8:00 or 9:00 a.m. and chose 9:00 because we needed to leave by 9:30. At 9:00 there was no food prepared and no one present. Around 9:15, a woman arrived carrying groceries and asked whether we were staying for breakfast. At that point, there was no realistic way breakfast could have been ready before we had to leave.
We were also uncomfortable with the presence of cameras inside the house, as it was unclear where they were located.
Overall, we would not stay here again.

Worst property I have ever been in my life. I paid 120$ and left immediately to get a hotel. This is lies it’s not a bnb it’s not a hotel it’s a dirty smelly house with 2 beds in one room from in the house. Guy told us we can’t go out after checking in 0/10

We're not in a Club Now
Disgustingly Dirty! Absolutely refused to stay here made my friend leave because it was so abhorrent. The Owner forgets the fact he's running a In instead he wishes to be an aspiring singer/song writer... Legitimately screaming at the top of his lungs sounding like nails on a Chalk Board, refuses to follow the law. He takes illegal copies of identification. There's a really odd atmosphere about this place I can't put my finger on. There was also no breakfast offered... The Days Inn to be honest was way cleaner had many unrestricted amenities. The owner refuses you to come and go as you please denying basic amenities, but your made to listen to his little concert. Read any given review and you'll find they accept all the praise but anytime someone has any negative feedback he goes up against it. Everything was dirty like Off white looking like sweaty white yellowish gold and there was no working Air Conditioning despite it being the hottest weather out... Owner is obnoxious and over jealous, thinks he's part of Canadian Idol or something rather than a Innkeeper at a rather mediocre Bed and Non Breakfast.
