This hotel was ok. The rooms are on the smaller side. We thought from the pics online that all the rooms had outdoor access, but the doors all seem to have been closed over at some point. But that’s probably our fault for not really reading the listing. The staff were friendly enough, but I wouldn’t say they went above and beyond or anything. It was clean and the beds comfy enough that I’d stay there again if the price was reasonable next time I’m in the area.

The room was okay. It had a funky smell to it but it wasn’t overwhelming so we didn’t ask to change rooms. They did not use fitted sheets on the bed. The flat sheet they used was not big enough to even do hospital corners so we’d wake up sleeping directly on the mattress! The room had 2 double beds and one bed had a king comforter on it so when untucked it was on the floor. We will not be staying there again.

the only thing, we had the room in the 1 floor and the room was really really humid the sheets were wet because of that ever the AC wasn't able to fonction. For sure if we go back we won't take a room in the 1st floor but other than that th pool was great.

Family vacation for 4. Hotel is ok. Staff were ok. Checked in the guy at the front desk barely acknowledged me standing there.
Pool area is very nice. Life guard is always on duty. Hot tub, cold pool, and a main swimming pool. Kids loved the pool area.
The hotel is about 20 minutes from old quebec. The bakery/cafe to the right of the hotel highly recommend.

The room is just ok. We arrived with a clogged sink but the staffs did fix it very quick. It’s just missing microwave and it’s not soundproof. You can hear all the noises of the neighbor rooms.
