Bed bugs

Hotel lobby is nice, room decor looked newer, carpet was a bit old and dingy. The worst part was I woke up to. Bed bug crawling on my bed. I have bites all over my wrist. I took pictures of the bites and of the bug and the manager just said they would investigate it and call me. Completely unacceptable, I am so disappointed and worried these will transfer to my home.

Great hotel, nice staff, good rooms

The hotel was fantastic — modern, recently updated, and very clean. We especially loved the separate shower in the room, which was a great touch.
The location was excellent, with plenty of trendy restaurants nearby. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and welcoming, and we particularly enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant, where the staff were also fantastic.
The breakfast buffet was tasty, and the complimentary orange juice was a nice bonus. The pool was clean and well maintained, with fantastic views of the CN Tower.
We also appreciated the complimentary bottled water available for guests.
This is easily one of the best Hilton properties I’ve stayed at. In contrast to the outdated Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview, this property feels modern, well maintained, and genuinely worth staying at.
Highly recommend!

Good hotel

This is a good hotel in a great location.

Excellent Hotel Experience!

We are Hilton Honors Diamond members so this particular hotel was an easy choice. It was located very close to the ScotiaBank Arena and the TTC. We were visiting the city for a Rush concert and the WTA tennis tournament as well. The Executive lounge comes with our membership and we had an enjoyable breakfast there every day. It got a little busy and the staff were a little overwhelmed at times but it did not take away from the variety of the food and our dining experience in general. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. One thing that did stand out to me was how friendly and attentive the housekeeping people were and the hotel staff in general. I had a problem with the Wifi and called the dedicated # with a tech on the other end who fixed the problem fairly quickly. We enjoyed the indoor/outdoor swimming pool which was a nice area with a bar where you could order food as well. They also had one of the best equipped gyms we have seen at any hotel. They had the standard weights and treadmills but also both a Lat pulldown machine and a separate cable/pulley machine as well. They also had a good system for getting your car from the valet where you texted a number or took a picture of a barcode linked to your car to let them know you wanted it retrieved. If and when we come back to Toronto this would be the only hotel we would consider.
