Highly recommend! Staff was great and accommodating, rooms and property were clean with a great ambiance. Location was perfect for several different types of cuisines and shopping, as well. 10/10

Ugly interior, overpriced for a cell-like room

Very friendly staff. However, when I arrived there was no one outside to help with my bags, so a hotel guest helped me instead.
The window in the room is behind the bed so basically you pay for a city view but you can't see it. In addition, the sun wakes you early morning because of this horrible design idea. I will never stay here again. The Design of the floors and the odd room layout and dark interior colors are very ugly.
The Internet also constantly disconnects.
And the phone is broken.

So worth it! There are so many stores and restaurants available in and near the hotel. The staff were super sweet and the hotel was beautiful. They really made my birthday trip a special one.

The hotel itself was very clean, modern, and designed well. It is also in a great location for shopping and restaurants and not too far from any one area. The two queen room is an open concept so if you are sharing with someone other than a partner, you just need to know that the toilet and shower are the only private areas to get dressed. However we worked through that fine by taking turns showering and giving each other some space. Really great for a couple! I would stay here again!

Do not like the building and floor layout. Not up to the standards I expect from the W. Lighting controls in the room were cumbersome. Good location and great staff.
