100% Recomendable

Habitaciones limpias (sábanas muy blancas) y comodas, lugar silencioso, el desayuno tipo buffet variado, nada que envidiar a otros hoteles de renombre.
La piscina también muy limpia.,,
El servicio muy bueno, todos muy amables

Everything fine except the windows.

From the best to the least.
Away the attention of Angelica (buffet breakfast) excellent.
Reception, all good with lots of support. Improve communication for the opening of access gates.
The room although excellent the beds, bathrooms the negative were the windows of the ceiling, which had no protection from the sun, going to rest in the morning already after 07:45 was not. Possible dodging the sun's rays. Not giving any solution for this.

Don't stay here!!

Misleading advertising. I hosted members of the company and was really disappointed by a hotel with poor facilities. Things were stolen from the room, the breakfast was not a buffet and the bread is as hard as 3 days old with decaying slices of ham. The rooms have no air or ventilation, really bad. There are many better options with the price charged. Before hosting read this. really bad hotel

El personal deja mucho que desear

En plena pandemia del COVID-19 ningún trabajador usaba mascarilla, ni siquiera quienes estaban en el sector de buffet del desayuno, las únicas personas que respetaban las medidas sanitarias éramos los huéspedes.
Le consulte a la recepcionista que protocolos para el covid tenían y por qué no estaban utilizando mascarillas a lo que se molesto y me dio a entender que no era necesario de forma burlesca.
Una de las tres noches no realizaron aseo en la habitación.
"hotel pequeño" No tiene ascensor.

no lo recomiendo

te piden pago de garantia ademas del pago por adelantado
es un hotel sin ascensor (ya que solo tiene tres pisos)
no posee restaurant, lo cual obliga a salir para comer
los comentarios de la atencion es lo mas desagradable " si no le gusta busque otro lugar", un pasajero esperaria, "que podemos hacer para mejorar su estadia"
es muy caro para el nivel del hotel
