Tolle Villa

We spent a longer weekend with friends in Bad Steben and stayed at Villa Siegfried.
A beautiful property with great service. Breakfast is overwhelming.
There are many ways to spend the evening together in a group. We had a cozy barbecue evening.

Staying in Bad Steben was a highlight of our trip to Germany. There were 7 of us in 3 rooms - 3 generations and the Villa suited us all exceedingly well. Christina went above and beyond to host us and help us with sightseeing ideas. We spent a day at the thermal spa, another day visiting Bamberg and after we checked out we visited the Museum in Mödlareuth - excellent outdoor and indoor tribute to life behind the Iron curtain.
The breakfast was beautifully displayed and so delicious! Everything was provided for us. Thank you!

Amazing Stay in Germany!

My wife and I needed a comfortable place to stay for a period of seven weeks. We picked the Villa Siegfried and were really impressed. The property is so clean, the breakfast so good, the suite so roomy with a full kitchen, living room and bedroom. Best of all, the owner Christine is always eager to offer all kinds of advice to make our stay in Germany more memorable. As much as we were glad to come back home, we were sad to leave this wonderful retreat. One summer we will go back to Villa Siegfried to enjoy the incredible hiking trails and bike paths of Bavaria.

Nice older villa with comfortable, modern rooms. Great location for exploring in Bad Steben, and a great breakfast in the morning. Helpful staff.

Wonderful Experience

Let me begin by saying that the owner Christina is a absolute angel and she is the heart and soul of Villa Siegfried. She went above and beyond our expectations. We were first time travelers to a foreign country and we were very nervous. Christina and Villa Siegfried made us feel so at home at and at peace. We sometimes had to force ourselves to go out and explore because we were so comfortable and cozy at Villa Siegfried. The building itself has that lovely old fashion feel with a modern twist. The breakfast every morning was exceptional; fresh local bread, fresh fruit, fresh cheeses and meats and Christina even asks if you every morning if you want something extra cooked from her kitchen. We try to eat healthy and were pleased to find that all the food served was wholesome and nutritious. She even let us use her kitchen to cook some of our other meals! The rooms were very clean and fresh, again with that cozy old fashion feel with modern amenities. I could go on and on about how satisfied we are with Villa Siegfried. The little town of Bad Steben is also very charming and beautiful. We can't wait to come back next year. Thank you so much Christina!
