Charm with comfort

This is absolutely a charming hotel. It is so well located in the old city that you can walk and see everything from the old cathedral to the new. The market is very close as is the river and so many museums. The rooms are very well accommodated and the beds are very comfortable. The rooms are not air conditioned but we had no need while we were there. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is wonderful with made to order eggs each day. The on site restaurant has a good selection and very delicious options. Highly recommend if you are not looking for the cookie cutter room.

Charming Pension well located

Stay of 2 nights in this magnificent Colonial style Pension with 3 patios. Welcome from Owner, excellent breakfast and dinner. I highly recommend this Pension super well placed in the historic center. The main square is a 5-minute walk away.

Excellent place to visit Cuenca close to all downtown activities recommend

Very nice hotel in the center of Cuenca lots of charm and very comfortable impeccable welcome as well as breakfast small lack perhaps there is no shower product apart from soap but it is not very serious really recommended the boss is a Basque Spanish who speaks French very well

Nice stay

Great location. Good cleanliness and varied breakfast. The reception people are very friendly. Nice interior gardens and very colonial style. Easy access to the tram and main park. It has a good restaurant if you do not want to leave

Very good staff / excellent food / not very good rest

The service is excellent!! All the employees treated us very well - they were attentive to all our needs. The food was very delicious and they took into account dietary restrictions (no dairy or meat). The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and they had all the necessary furniture. The only bad thing was the sounds of an engine in the distance and the other guests which made the rest not so good.
