The best economy in Briancon

This family-run hotel is amazing! Clean and comfortable with hosts that are super friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was fresh and ample. If you are going to Briancon, you cannot beat the price for such a wonderful degree of service. You will not be disappointed!

Zero empathy

I requested free cancellation of the reservation for one night through Booking due to a health issue, clearly explaining the situation. I didn't necessarily expect a refund, but at least a response or a minimum of understanding. Instead, I didn't receive any response. The thing that left me even more perplexed is that on the day of the stay, the manager contacted me via SMS to ask me what time I would be checking in. When I replied to him that I had already requested free cancellation for health reasons, he stated that he had not received any request from Booking. This statement does not correspond to what I have on record, since the request had been regularly submitted through the platform.
Beyond the cancellation policies, I believe that availability, communication, and a minimum of empathy toward customers are fundamental aspects of hospitality; I would have appreciated at least a response or a gesture of courtesy. Unfortunately, from a human perspective and regarding customer care, my experience was very disappointing.

Very clean, a bit dated but currently undergoing renovations. A bit far from the center.
