Very pleasant

Very pleasant stay in this charming hotel with a family-friendly welcome. The suite is very pleasant, spacious and equipped with a terrace overlooking the garden.
Excellent dinner at the restaurant. The puff pastry tart for dessert was perfect.
One drawback: no hot food at the breakfast buffet. They should at least offer hard-boiled eggs, for example.

Check in was great - room was OK but with a view on a wall …. The dining closes between 14h30 and 19h30 which didn’t fit in with people walking the Camino (par for the course in France we have come to learn). Overall though, good place to stay - and a few minutes walk to centre town.

Disappointed, idyllic setting but the welcome needs improvement!

What a shame that this idyllic setting does not match the welcome we received upon arrival! Perhaps not used to the influx of a group of 25 people, the welcome was a bit harsh, and at breakfast, one of us who asked if there was anything savory (ham or eggs) was told that "it was by request only!" A bit harsh for a breakfast costing 14 EUR nonetheless! Regarding the rooms, they are spacious; however, do not take the one on the garden level (there is a musty smell likely due to a lack of ventilation). I reported it to the reception, but they did not seem moved by my comments... A pity because the garden is really beautiful, with little spots to isolate yourself.

Great place.

Perfect city center hotel on the Camino de Santiago, professional and friendly welcome, presence of a spa to relax, spacious and comfortable room, a bit small television, the dinner was simple but very good, excellent value for money for our trip on the Camino.
