Would stay again.

Quiet bed and breakfast in the country full of rustic charm, comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast, we would stay there again.

you need a break... just go to 4 Colinnes and relax!

Annick she's lovely. The house, the location, the breakfasts with fresh croissants and eggs, self-made cake and really, really good coffee... Our walks in the wonderful nature… our discoveries around the area… We had a GREAT stay!

Rural Experience

We used a coupon "Groupon" in October at 4 Collines. The hostess spoiled us with great dinners, breakfast and friendly chats.
It was hard to choose which room to take, they were beautifully decorated, all very different in style. Especially the bathrooms are exquisite, tiled in mosaic by her husband, artist! We choose the room under the roof, very spacious, retro style. Comfortable bed, brand new mattress. We slept in way past breakfast time, but this was not a problem to our charming hostess.
Enjoyed walking around, chatting with the local farmer as he was getting his cattle in for the night... Really, a grandiose experience.
Close for visiting the lovely "Faux de Verzy", a forest of twisted beech trees, only tree locations in Europe that those trees occur.
Close to Charleville-Mezieres, the basilica a must to see with its numerous stained glass windows, as impressing as "Sagrada Família" in Barcelona.
Weather was fantastic in October, but would love to go back when it is covered with snow!

La campagne comme on l'aime

L'accueil de la propriétaire est très agréable, elle vous aide à passer un séjour très confortable et vous donne tous les conseils pour découvrir la région. Les petits déjeuners sont excellent et le pain est une merveille surtout la tarte aux amandes. Bien sûr il faut aimer la campagne et ses odeurs, l'isolement, la vie sans chichi et les vrais gens. Sinon passez votre chemin. Nous y retournerons car nous en gardons un excellent souvenir. Nous sommes le couple et le petit garçon a qui vous avez donné du pain pour vos chevaux.

Deux nuits passées sans aucun regret.

Arrivés le 1/6, repartis le 3/6 avec le sentiment de n'avoir pu profiter pleinement de cette demeure au calme rassérénant.
Agréablement surpris par le cadre sympathique qui allie un certain bon goût à une coquette ruralité.
Un accueil chaleureux bien que discret et une table très goûteuse mais aussi sans trop de sophistication. Sans aucun doute, cuisine faite maison.
Une adresse que je recommande sans arrière pensée.
