Mercure Honfleur bevindt zich zowel in het stadscentrum als aan het water in Honfleur. Voor wat culturele hoogtepunten maak je een uitstap naar Galerie 13 en Museum of Ethnographie et d'Art Populaire en een aantal bezienswaardigheden die je in de omgeving kunt ontdekken zijn onder andere Greniers à Sel en La Lieutenance. Wil je tijdens je bezoek graag van een evenement of wedstrijd genieten? Bekijk wat Stade Jules Deschaseaux of Stade Océane op het programma heeft staan. Haal je golfclubs tevoorschijn en leef je uit op een golfbaan in de buurt. Doe je liever iets avontuurlijks? Ga dan wandel- en fietsroutes afleggen. Dit hotel beschikt over een bar/lounge, parkeerplaatsen en een vergaderkamer. Wifi in gemeenschappelijke ruimtes is gratis. Je vindt er ook een stomerij/wasserijservice, een 24-uurs receptie en gratis kranten in de lobby. De huishoudservice is op verzoek beschikbaar. Mercure Honfleur heeft 56 kamers met een minibar en een kluis. Elke flatscreentelevisie van 16 inch heeft kabelzenders. Elke badkamer is voorzien van een douche en een haardroger. Gasten kunnen gratis gebruik maken van wifi. Zakelijke voorzieningen zijn onder meer bureaus, gratis kranten op werkdagen en een telefoon. Ook heeft elke kamer gratis mineraalwater en een koffiezetapparaat/waterkoker. Schone handdoeken en schoon beddengoed zijn op verzoek beschikbaar. Een schoonmaakservice is dagelijks beschikbaar. De onderstaande recreatieve activiteiten vind je ter plaatse of in de directe omgeving. Mogelijk zijn toeslagen van toepassing.

Overall, great location & hotel.
Staff were lovely but some inexperienced and lacked local insights and knowledge.
Cons - not up to our normal standard of Accor Mercure. No slippers/dressing gown/conditioner/face washers or even moisturising cream!! Bring your own.
Parking - We were unaware we had to book parking (be aware of this as you have to pre book) and never received notification of this. (Or if we did it was in French). Fortunately, we were graciously given a park as gold members.
Unfortunately, we were also overcharged for our breakfast and parking and only on our cross referencing realised this. So check your bill. (We were refunded after bringing it to their attention and apology was given).
Also, to note, do not expect a welcome gift as gold members. (Again, having travelled the world with Accor this was a first to not receive something). Again, when I asked, the staff were very accommodating and provided a wee token.
Overall, we would recommend and enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Rent-seeking position.
The worst is the breakfast, cramped room, rectangular plate that looks like a cutlery tray, industrial buffet, so cramped that it is hard to stock, everything is stingy, mediocre orange juice labeled as fresh-squeezed, a real scam with a large spoon in the carafe to stir it from time to time. Cold crepe, stale pastries, all for 21 euros. Parking 15 euros per day, cramped, no assigned space, it is up to the customer to manage, often full, you have to park staggered. You don't recognize the 4-star Mercure quality except for the price

Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre ressenti à la suite de votre séjour.
Concernant notre salle de sport, nous sommes surpris par votre remarque indiquant qu'elle serait « vétuste ». Celle-ci est équipée de plusieurs appareils de musculation guidés, d'haltères et bénéficie d'une décoration en lien avec l'univers du sport. Si certaines machines peuvent occasionnellement être un peu plus bruyantes en raison du revêtement de sol, nous serions reconnaissants si vous pouviez nous préciser quels éléments vous ont donné cette impression. Vos précisions nous permettraient d'identifier d'éventuels points d'amélioration.
Au sujet du piano, celui-ci est effectivement désaccordé. Comme notre équipe vous l'a expliqué, il s'agit d'un élément de décoration rendant hommage à Erik Satie, en cohérence avec l'identité de notre établissement. En raison de son ancienneté, il ne peut malheureusement plus être accordé. Nous avons fait le choix de le préserver plutôt que de le voir détruit, dans une démarche de valorisation du patrimoine et de réduction des déchets.
Concernant le petit-déjeuner, nous proposons un buffet composé d'un large choix de produits sucrés et salés, de viennoiseries, de boissons et de spécialités locales. Celui-ci est régulièrement réapprovisionné tout au long du service. Nous privilégions des produits de qualité, issus pour certains de l'agriculture biologique et, dans la mesure du possible, de producteurs locaux. Quant à notre jus d'orange pressé, la présence de pulpe est tout à fait normale et il suffit effectivement de le remuer avant de se servir.
Enfin, notre parking est proposé au tarif de 15 € par nuit. Ce stationnement représente un coût pour l'hôtel, qui en assure la location afin d'offrir à ses clients une solution pratique, directement sur place. Il est sécurisé grâce à une barrière en journée, un portail fermé la nuit ainsi qu'un système de vidéosurveillance. Notre équipe veille également quotidiennement à sa bonne gestion et contacte les clients si nécessaire (véhicule mal stationné, etc.).
Nous informons par ailleurs systématiquement nos clients que les places peuvent être relativement étroites et nous recommandons de réserver leur emplacement à l'avance par téléphone ou par e-mail, le nombre de places étant limité. Des parkings publics sont également disponibles en ville, mais ils sont eux aussi payants et ne bénéficient pas du même niveau de sécurité.
Nous sommes sincèrement désolés que ces différents aspects n'aient pas répondu à vos attentes. En revanche, nous attachons une grande importance aux retours de nos clients lorsqu'ils sont précis et étayés. Les critiques constructives nous permettent d'améliorer continuellement nos prestations. C'est pourquoi nous serions ravis de connaître plus en détail les éléments qui ont motivé votre appréciation, afin de pouvoir les analyser avec toute l'attention qu'ils méritent.

Hotel Mercure
Paid parking (12 €). Attention, parking in Honfleur is paid even on Sundays and holidays.
Very welcome in the Accor tradition.
As seen in a comment, the hotel seems to be a restyled former red Ibis (proof of this is the TV cabinet). However, the decor is quite superb although the rooms are quite dark as seen in other reviews. The fridge cabinet is pretty awesome. The room is not very large (below Mercury standard) and there is not much room in the bathroom to put toiletries. Toilet paper is relatively thin.
No upgrade for a Gold card. We were served a welcome beer in 15cl. I checked from the start that the standard was 25 cl. A few years ago, we were commonly offered 50 cl in Mercury and Novotel (pity).
Although the breakfast room is small and we were a little tight together as in a Parisian restaurant, the breakfast was much higher than the average of what is currently done in the Mercury.
In conclusion Good but not crazy, especially considering the welcome drink ...
