We would book again

Lovely staff and hotel.
The location of the hotel is within walking distance (10-15 mins) from the centre. Good views of the town and the distant mountains, still snow covered at this time of year.
Breakfast in the morning was good although the hot items were warm but you could not fault the friendliness of the staff. Coffee is from small sachets but a reasonable quality. It would be nice to have proper coffee.
We were very happy with the Hotel Panoramic and if we return to Kutaisi which is a gem of a town, we would consider staying here again.

Everything was clean the restaurant had a nice breakfast selection and it was very close to the center the only issue was that sometimes the bathroom had a weird smell. The receptionists were so helpful even beyond we were experiencing a problem and it was 2 in the moring and we didnt kmow what to do but the guy in the reception was great

Room smelled musty; was quite cold and damp. Check out process should be explained at check-in. Having to wait for the room to be inspected before you can leave took extra time that I would have accounted for when scheduling my Bolt transfer. Why the room needed to be inspected is unknown. I wasn’t even there for 12 hours! Just a short stopover before going to the airport. Would not stay again.

Very good hotel, in very good conditions, AC works, parking spots there available and great location. Service was great what else do you want from hotel?
Restaurant food was good too and not that expensive so very much worthy staying here.

Hotel was good. We had a good breakfast in the morning, Staff were friendly..But we had some issues with AC.But Over all experience was good.
