Wery nice hotel, has elevator,beautiful sea wiev, wery clean and new, coffe and tea were free, I was there for one night, I would come back again. All the best for this accomodation.

Very good.

Great hotel, wonderful staff, cleaning every day, location - great! Particularly enjoyed the terrace on the last floor with wonderful views of Thessaloniki and the bay. Comfortable pillows and bed, relatively new renovations, the room was clean. It's not entirely comfortable that the terraced room has no curtains or blinds on the window. The terrace is shared and when there are people room is well viewed and there is not enough privacy.
Also, there's really not enough bathroom space where to hang towels. And drying after showering them has to be on chairs or terrace.
Other than that, everything's fine.

Ideal location

I have stayed there several times because ideal location near the airport. The rooms are very modern , most have balconies and those with sea views are ideal for sunset and views of thessaloniki Bay. Quiet but 2 steps from the beach, taverns and even the boat that connects Perea to Thessaloniki.
Very good value for money. It's always a pleasure to stop there

Good and reasonably priced

We were staying here only for a night. It's a small hotel, pretty new, at the edge of small town Perea, which is in fact Thessaloniki suburbs.
There's free parking in front and aside the building. Hotel is pet friendly which was important to us. No reception, but you get email and code from the owner to access your room.
Room is very small, but clean and had no issues for one night. Small balcony overlooking the sea which was nice. Bathroom with toiletries and small fridge.
Nearest beach is 10 min walk to the left.

Very nice room , beautiful view

Very nice clean hotel beside the sea , I recommend it for people who want to visit the place and enjoy the city .
Thessaloniki is very nice city , full of goy , good food and perfect friendly people everywhere.
