Great spacious room with fantastic view over the water.
The taxi could not get to the hotel due to pedestrian only area and the rooms are on top of a hill with about 50 steps up.
We didn’t realise to go to the main hotel reception which is a quarter of the way up the hill to register where we would have had help with luggage.
The rooms are situated in a fantastic location for Skiathos town night life. Five minute walk and you can get a drink and food but so many great restaurants and bars close by it’s worth a walk around to see what you fancy.

Great view

The view and terrace is amazing (we stayed in the suite) we encountered cockroaches every day in the rooms crawling up the walls and floor. Outside the accommodation are lots of dirty bins that have been left open which must be contributing to the cockroach situation - this was a real shame as otherwise it was a lovely room.

Amazing sea views on balcony

The Rock Suites by Aria Hotels are located at the end of the old port and up the steep steps. Great welcome and friendly receptionist who got porter to carry our cases up the hill to the room. The room was well equipped and the balcony was large and stunning sea views. Great value for money with fridge and welcome water. The staff couldn’t do enough for you.

Lovely modern apartment in good location. Slight smell of drains some nights but that is probably because it is in the old part of town. 2 minutes walk to the old town. Beautiful view, however the sun left the terrace mid afternoon.

Lovely welcome from reception and helpful staff showed us to the room. Perfect location close to town and right on the water. The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed.
We had the superior room with sofa. Travellers should be aware that it is cleverly photographed. The sea view is great one side but there is another property directly outside the window opposite the bed. Luckily it was unoccupied otherwise they would have been able to see straight in.
We came from another similarly priced hotel that was so well run and generous we felt this place was a bit lacking. Advised not to drink the water but no drinking water was provided. 2 coffee pods each on arrival which were not replenished. Cat mess on the balcony was cleared up immediately on request when we arrived but shouldn't have been there. There was a planter with a dead plant in which was being used as a cat toilet and therefore it smelled. It would have been easy to just remove this if the cats were a problem.
