Best hospitality at Bloom Jayanagar
*What stood out:*
*Front Desk – Timmanna*: Timmanna at reception was super helpful from check-in itself. He sorted out an early check-in for me without any fuss, explained all the hotel facilities clearly, and was always available whenever I needed anything. Polite, patient, and actually listens. That kind of front desk service makes a big difference.
*Housekeeping – Pankaj*: Pankaj from HK was equally impressive. The room was cleaned spotlessly every day, and he always did it with a smile and asked if I needed extra towels or water. Even remembered my preference for extra pillows on day 2 without me asking again.
The location in Jayanagar is super convenient too – close to Metro, cafes, and shopping. Rooms are clean, modern, and well-maintained.
Overall, it’s the staff like Timmanna and Pankaj who make Bloom Hotel feel less like a hotel and more like a place where you’re actually looked after. Would definitely book again when I’m in South Bangalore.

A wonderful stay at Bloom hotel jayanagar
A special shoutout to *Timmanna at the front desk* for his warm and professional service. He was attentive, patient, and made the check-in process smooth right from the start.
I also want to appreciate *Suken from housekeeping (HK)* for keeping the room spotless and always being courteous whenever he came by for service. Small things like fresh towels and a tidy room really made a difference to my stay.
The staff as a whole were friendly and responsive, which added to the positive vibe of the hotel. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re looking for good service and comfort without the fuss.

Excellent Stay
Special shoutout to Timanna at the front desk. He was incredibly courteous, checked us in quickly even though we arrived early, and gave solid local recommendations for food. He handled a room change request with zero hassle. That level of service really sets the tone for the whole stay.
Good WiFi, quiet AC, and the breakfast spread had decent South Indian options. Will definitely book again for Bangalore trips.

Cons: Probably needs a little better chair for the laptop table. Onsite breakfast is ok. There are better options outside even within walking distance after 7am. The shower spills a lot of water outside of the curtain. If you are arriving with multiple luggage pieces and the security guy is not at the door, you have to go up the stairs on your own.
