Dharamkot Resort

Gagan resort is my fav place to stay in dharmakot. After a gap of 7 years I stayed again here in Dharmakot. Same good vibes. Room so clean. Lift coming up in march. Staffs were so helpful and cooperative. Room service was amazing. They will arrange taxi also for you. Amazing view from room.

Not recommended- very bad.

Worst Hotel experience ever! Dirty Bed and towels and mold on the walls (super deluxe room)! Also extremely loud because of partys and constructions. No Wi-Fi available. Long: Reviews claiming it was clean and cozy are confusing because it was quite dirty and uncomfortable. The room even has black mold on the walls!! I doubt the hotel staff are aware of how bad mold can be to one's health. They should clean and repair the walls. The room was also not smelling good because of the mold and it was moist and cold.
The towels had numerous brown stains and hair and were slightly damp, yet folded as if freshly laundered. The bed was also filthy, with the sheet, duvet cover, and the pillowcase being dirty with stains and hair. the pillow case had black mold stains even after we asked them to change the sheets again.
It was very cold in the room, and they charge additional 500 Rupees for a heating machine. When we aled for a heater because the room was 10 degrees no heater was available. Also the Wi-Fi didn't work at all!
Sometimes there are very loud parties and weddings in the garden, also during the Night. I guess the whole Town could hear the music. If there is no wedding there is loud construction going on for the next party.
The Prices quoted at the reception for the rooms were significantly higher than those listed on Agoda. On agoda it was quite cheap and on the reception quite expensive for what you get. The view is good and the room was big, also big bathroom and at least the sink and the floor and shower was clean. Modern furniture. because of the mold, dirty bed and the noise we felt uncomfortable.
We came to the mountains and dharamkot to have some peace and quiet and instead it was probably the loudest place ever because of the partys.

Nice Stay

We have booked super deluxe room which is nice.Spacious and good view.location of the hotel is away from market around one kilometer.limited food options as they dont have Tandoor.Always take Dharamkot Road to reach the hotell never come from Bhagsu side its very steep.

Dharamkot Resort

If you are travelling to Dharamkot to relax or for a staycation , then this is the right place . The staff is so courteous and helpful . The owner of this property is a gentleman and he makes sure that you are having no problem in staying . The view the food and the rooms , everything was so perfect .

Excellent Experience and Staff is very helpful in nature and Rooms are very good. Location is superb. If u visit this hotel must try Dal Fry and Special Tea. If u want to visit Take a taxi from Kotwali Bazar Dharamshala.
