Could have been better

The only reason I have rated 3/5 is that the rooms did not offer value for money.
With upwards of 3k plus taxes, the rooms aren't as great. An old hotel, refurbished to look new. The AC of the 'new' wing is hardly functional even after setting temperature at 20 degree.
Breakfast spread was a surprise. Considering my stay experience for the previous night, I hadn't expected the range on offer.

Not Worth....

We had booked & visited the hotel last week with family after reading the reviews on internet. But the experience was otherwise....Very Poor.
Rude Staff, especially the Restaurant person who took the order. No politeness....
The Room and bathroom were average considering the tariff. Doesn't worth it. Had asked for napkins in the afternoon and were told it would be given in the evening which was strange... Eventually that also wasn't given...pathetic..
In the morning breakfast, some of the menu items which were over over, were re-filled after very long time and not available for customers. The reason given by hotel is there was big crowd at the same time. and they were not prepared for it. which I believe is laughable..
Would certainly recommend to look for other hotels with lower tariffs....

Good place to stay. Value for money

The rooms are spacious, the hotel has a little old and rustic look but still it's ok. There is a roof top swimming pool which is nice and accessible foe kids. The In restaurants serve food and liquor. The food taste is good however I found it to be a little expensive. There is ample parking space and the service of the staff is nice. Overall a decent stay.

Decent respectable place to enjoy stay in Kolhapur

Good family hotel . Room is good . No much view outside as such . A small windows and backyard is uncurated hut Ent’s and jungle type . Service is good but room service should cover food while sending to rooms . Presently they send completely open on dishes . At least a foil or shrink wrap cover necessary . Service is good . Breakfast excellent but layout is on a tight place with very less space to pick up . All services are efficient . Overall a decent place to stay with some improvements it can swing the needle a lot .

Needs improvement

The hotel name executive doesnt fit,bathroom sink was shaking,toileteries are simple little soap,shampoo satchet n a shower cap.No napkins .
The restaurant prices of the thali is exorbitant.
Room was clean,ac is central.the safe couldnt be used,fridge was given after we complained.
Suggestion is the soap could be replaced by small plastic containers with liquid soap in it so that soaps r not wasted.
