Perfect Hotel

The Hotel was purely based in heart of Ice. The staff was supportive and to the Mark.
Also room service was exceptional. Last but not the least, the view from the hotel is mesmerizing.

Scenic Views, But Poor Service & Comfort

Stayed here from 10th–12th July. The hotel is well-located, about 10–15 minutes’ walk from the Leh market, and offers beautiful mountain views. Rooms are spacious and cozy. The staff is courteous but overworked, handling multiple roles, which delays service. Basic amenities like fans were not readily available, and the mattresses were too soft for comfort. Lighting in the rooms was dim, making the atmosphere dull. Food was average, and the owner appeared indifferent to guest experience. Budget-friendly but wouldn’t recommend due to lack of hospitality and comfort.

Excellent hotel in Leh

Excellent hotel.
Very nice people.
Excellent breakfast and dinner.
If you come to Leh, book this hotel !

I visited the hotel for 3 nights and enjoyed everything. Food was great, good rooms, and excellent service.

Awesome stay!!

Awesome hospitality!! Excellent food!!
Not sure why this rating on trip advisor is low… May be due to low number of feedback.
I would compare this place with other 4 star or famous hotels in Leh…I stayed there for 4 nights and got know about this hotel from my travel agent Inspiring travel.
Me an my family had a very pleasant stay there…their food is so delicious!
I recommend you must consider this hotel while your visit to Leh.

Best in Deluxe Category Hotel and amazing Support all times

We have been working with the hotel for last two years and almost 100 odd clients have stayed with them.
We have never received a complaint regarding the hotel, staff, reception, and food. In addition, the team has been extremely cooperative in exceptional scenario where most of the other hotels fail.
We have loved to be in business with them and we will continue to provide such an amazing service to our guests.
