Terrible hygiene. Mould everywhere
through MakeMyTrip, and the online photos are
extremely misleading compared with the actual
condition of the hotel.
The room was unhygienic and had a strong
unpleasant smell. The pillows had visible mould,
the bathroom walls were mouldy and stained, and
the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The
property also appears to have only one common
nall, which serves simultaneously as the reception/
lobby, play area, and restaurant seating area.
The dining hygiene was equally concerning. The
utensils were dirty, and we even had to wipe
disposable cups ourselves before using them for
tea. I booked it for 2 nights but had to checkout a
day early coz of how bad it was.
Overall, the property was nowhere close to what
was represented in the photos. I would not
recommend staying here, especially if cleanliness
and basic hygiene are important to you.

Absolute Nightmare — Uninhabitable, Disgusting, and Highly Misleading!
Here is a breakdown of our miserable experience:
Filthy Rooms & Bedding: Cleanliness is non-existent here. The bedsheets and pillow covers were covered in disgusting black spots and stains (as you can clearly see in the attached photos). The furniture is peeling, and the management has resorted to using cheap plastic everywhere instead of maintaining proper decor.
Hazardous & Foul-Smelling Bathrooms: The bathroom smelled exactly like a neglected public toilet. Worse, there was visible fungus growing on the walls. The wooden frame around the bathroom mirror was completely rotted and broken, covered in grime and held together by plastic strips. It felt like a serious safety hazard that was going to fall directly on my hands while I was using the sink.
False Promises & Broken Amenities: The TV in our room did not function at all. We were also promised a pleasant balcony view, but it was completely misleading and nothing like what was advertised.
Terrible Food & Service: The food was severely below average, and the service was painfully slow and unprofessional.
Pathetic Location: To top it all off, the location itself is absolutely pathetic and highly inconvenient.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. It completely ruined the trip. The pictures I've attached speak for themselves—don't let their false advertising fool you!

Budget friendly, but amazing, stay in Mahabaleshwar
It’s a budget friendly hotel, so in comparison with the budget. The food is nice. The buffet spread is good for the breakfast. The staff is nice even in rooms. They had a lot of different varieties of room value, facing room, executive room, luxury rooms, Dulux rooms, so yeah, got lots of options while we were staying there, which was nice.
Overall, a good experience staying here. The best was the night bonfire experience.
