Hotel out of time
Our stay at the Lost Lindenberg was much more than a hotel experience, it was a real timeless break. From the moment of arrival, it feels like going back several hundred years in authentic Bali, with an absolutely exceptional level of detail, atmosphere and serenity. Every space, every object, every attention seems to be thought with taste and intelligence.
A huge thank you to Indi for this absolutely incredible 90 minute Balinese massage, probably one of the best we have experienced. A real sensory journey in a magical setting.
Thanks also to Suta, for her rare kindness, her daily involvement and above all for having managed to find us the medicines we needed during our health concerns. This kind of attention makes all the difference and shows true humanity.
Ayu is the sunshine of LOST. Despite our little health problems, she managed to turn our evening into a magical moment, with her sweetness, smile and that positive energy that literally lights up the hotel.
And finally Vernon, the General Manager, of remarkable professionalism. He manages to create at LOST an atmosphere of well-being, zen and deeply soothing, while keeping this feeling of exclusivity so special.

Amazing !
What an amazing place! We had such an incredible time. Loved the community dinners. Staff so attentive. Nothing too much trouble. A real escape ! Also had massage at the spa. Another incredible experience. Thank you.

Where Bali Still Feels Like Bali
A timeless place, away from the crowd that often disfigures Bali.
When you push the door of Lost Lindenberg, you leave your "luggage" behind. You enter the jungle, finding yourself in the Bali of your dreams, sheltered from prying eyes, a Bali from before. An almost secret place, a mystical location.
Here, every detail is considered, the decor is polished, and every object is placed meticulously. Every element is carefully chosen, regardless of the effort it took. The important thing is that every stone, every plant, every object... transports you and tells you a story.
Here, time stands still; there is a special atmosphere, something different.
In the evening, there is the ritual of the campfire on the beach while waiting for dinner around a large communal table where a few guests can share a surprising meal. A complete experience for the uninitiated, as the cuisine here is 100% vegan. A truly talented French chef, as it takes a certain skill to convince meat lovers like us!
Situated on the edge of the beautiful black sand beach of Pekutatan, at Lost Lindenberg, you often forget your shoes. You stroll along the beach, wander through the lush vegetation, stop for a moment at the spa, settle down with a book, refresh yourself in the fresh water, try surfing or yoga... no stress, just the passage of time, slowly.
The entire staff is attentive, and Vernon, the general manager, watches over his guests with great care. A huge thank you to him and his team for their professionalism and constant attention.
In short, the place is surprising, magnificent: a concept, a philosophy, far beyond a simple hotel.

Hands down one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! I only have good things to say about the hotel, staff and location. We will be back!!!

When Bali is at its best
If you are looking for a special experience in a magical environment, then you have come to the right place.
This was the second time we visited LOST. And we loved it as much now as we did then. An oasis, private location, undisturbed beach and nature. Works great to travel here as a family.
