A small paradise by the lake

We had a wonderful stay at Podere Le Marene. A charming place, immersed in nature and overlooking the lake, which truly seems like a small paradise. Everything is taken care of with great attention, from the structure to the outdoor spaces, to the kitchen.
The owners are exceptional people: welcoming, helpful, and passionate about their work. Moreover, they are also the chefs, and this is reflected in the quality and care of every dish.
An experience that will remain in the heart. Highly recommended for those seeking beauty, tranquility, and authenticity.

Wonderful stay

Charming place with a splendid view of the lake, perfect for relaxing. Immaculately clean rooms, attended to in every detail, very comfortable bed, and truly excellent dinner. A special thanks to the owners, truly kind and welcoming people, who with their availability and friendliness made us feel at home. We will definitely return!

The most beautiful getaway

I was looking for a place to escape from Rome for my birthday, and I found a paradise. The parking, the cozy room, the silence, the vegetable garden, the Swedish hot tub, the peace, the lake-view garden with those benches that make it feel like being in a painting... until the evening, I wondered if it could get any better than this. Incredibly, yes. Because then there was dinner. The dishes, prepared by the owners themselves with special care and pride, were each better than the last. In my case, saying “moving” is not an exaggeration.
After that, a sleep like I hadn't had in a while; the bed is huge and very comfortable. And then the breakfast, sweet and savory, also prepared by the owners, with top-quality local products. In short, everything was perfect. The issue, however, is not just that the place is a marvel, that the food is delicious, and that the bed is comfortable. What truly makes this place a paradise are the hospitality and warmth of Chiara, Martin, and the team. From the first meeting, they involved me in a family atmosphere, and it felt like I had known them for a lifetime. Always with respect for the peace I was looking for, they never let me lack anything. They made me feel at home from the first to the last moment, a continuous pampering, with the genuine commitment to make me experience it in the best way possible.
I found much more than what I was looking for, and I cannot wait to escape from Rome again, to return as soon as I can.

What can I say: paradise is here. Delicious food. Warm welcome, they make you feel like family. View of Lake Corbara. Podere Le Marene rightfully earns a place in the heart. Highly recommended!

This property is a beautiful restored country property in a lakeside setting. Chiara and Martin are gracious hosts and talented cooks. Visting the major tourist destinations like Firenze, Roma the Amalfi coast can be overwhelming this place is like an oasis of calm. Bit of a secret garden with a total peace and love vibe removed from the standard tourist jam.
