Professional scammers

Real crooks. They write on the booking platforms that they are a 5-star hotel and then they are a dorm. Shame on you!

Attention

We arrived and dialed the phone number, immediately they told us on the phone that booking had done something wrong. Apparently, that happens a lot. They would have tried Booking all morning, now after I drove 5h they tell me personally. I booked a deluxe room for 2 people. Deluxe is not here at all, by the way. The woman now said the price was only for one person, that there was a mistake here. I showed her my booking and she said no, no. I'm supposed to give her double again so I can get the room. I said no, then she showed me a four-bed dormitory where there was already a man in it, then I would get this one. My wife was very shocked to practice this and just wanted to leave.
Very brazen, we went and booked something new again.
The accommodation contacted again 90 minutes later and it was then clear, we were already somewhere else reasonable it would not have been for my wife.
At the same time the accommodation tries to turn it over booking so that we don't spend the night
would have competed.
Not recommended!!!

Budget Hotel, 5km From Airport, Easily Accessible By Bus

I think Bergamo is a place most tourists visit in transition to another destination. Hotels around the airport are extremely expensive and so I understand the option for a budget hotel for one night. You get what you pay for. I agree with the comments here, that the Post Hotel is very rundown. It is more realistic to call the "bathroom" a wet room. It dried surprisingly very quickly though, and there was always hot water. The landlady, Margarite , is very kind and speaks French and English well. There is a supermarket a stone's throw away and the hotel is easily accessible by public transport. The noise from the main road did not bother me. The profile on booking.com boasts airport transfer, but this is misleading and should be scrapped.

Tremendous experience

Call the ASL and have it shut down. What a shame.
Dirty and bad smelling place, non-existent reception, room not clean with visible stains everywhere. Dirty walls and mold. An experience like this never again in my life.
