Pleasant visit

Apartment very comfortable, small but very comfortable. A few steps from the port, from the main square , in a very characteristic alley. Super helpful owner, outside the door of the apartment you can find an area to take umbrellas, books ...

Amazing apartments, but wifi was terrible

This was our first time in Split and we stayed in Serenity Split Apartments for 3 nights in room 1 (ground floor).
Positives: The host was fantastic, she met us outside the apartments at 12 and we could check into our room straight away. The apartment itself is super clean and the bed is so big and comfy! It is the perfect sized room, with air conditioning that worked well and it had a great bathroom and kitchen. Our towels were changed on the 3rd day which was also nice and they also provided a phone to call the host just in case of an emergency!
Negatives: The wifi was terrible!! No matter what time it was, it did not work at all, making it extremely frustrating because we needed to access our emails for tours and flight bookings. There was a wifi extender in the room to obviously help with the wifi as we were on the ground floor, but it didn’t let us join this server and kept saying there was an issue.
Location: The location was great. In the heart of Split, about a 5 mins walk into the town. The neighborhood is very safe and we did not hear anything at night. We ended up walking to the apartments from the port which took about 15mins. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants around for food and a great bakery too. Altogether it was an excellent stay and the apartment and host were great - would’ve given 5 star if the wifi had worked better!

Beautiful apartment, close to harbor

My partner and I stayed here for 1 night and wished we could have stayed longer. The apartment was clean and well organized. It had a small kitchenette, eating table, and sitting area. It was also about a 5-7 minute walk from the harbor. The only frustration is that since there is no on site check in, you have to confirm a check-in time in advance. When I'm on vacation, I don't like having prescribed plans and so this dampened my experience slightly.

Serenity Split

A tiny apartment, smallest fridge on our trip. While it was equipped with the basics, we could not unpack suitcases as there was only hanging space. Could only watch TV from the bed. Also a long walk from any car drop-off, plus narrow stairs to carry up suitcases.

Relax and enjoy.

Great location really handy for both the Old Town and Bačvice beach.
The apartment is spotless exactly how you see it on Tripadvisor/Booking.com etc as pointed out on other reviews host is very welcoming arranged Taxi from airport and meet us on our arrival and gave us a run down on places to eat and visit(Krka Water Falls is a must).
Why a 4 star on a personnel level I couldn't get away with the bed a little to firm for me,the shower pressure was a bit hit and miss (being an the top floor may have been the reason for this)and the cupboard space is limited.
Would we stay again yes.
