Best in Juodkrante. Personnel feels love and passion for their job

Best in Juodkrante. Location is more or less ok, centre of the town, but no exciting views.
The biggest plus for this place is breakfast. They are truly great, tasty and beautiful looking.
The staff of the hotel and restaurant is another issue, they are different, they do LOVE their job and you could feel.

Conclusion: Overpriced and not recommended

Rooms are OK, facilities not as advertised, breakfast is a no-brainer!
I had requested gluten-free bread for breakfast 2 weeks in advance and received written confirmation. When I got there, I was given rice cakes. That would be OK for an overnight stay of €30 a night, but not for a price of €75!
The restaurant in which the breakfast room is located has never heard of wiping tables, the self-service coffee machine is disgusting and tortellini in cream sauce for breakfast is neither continental nor intercontinental, but rather a cheeky way of using up leftovers! Conclusion: Overpriced and not recommended

Unfriendly staff, attempted to scam us

We stayed in this hotel recently. The staff were very unfriendly and responded in a hostile manner when we asked normal question about the hotel and staying with them. When we were leaving the premises, they fabricated stories about us allegedly breaking stuff in the room which never happened. When we left without paying any attention to their false claims, they said they would blacklist us in all Lithuanian hotels through their online service. This is blackmailing and extortion which no hotel should ever do. To make things worse, none of the staff spoke a single word of English.
I would avoid this place at any cost.

Spacy rooms, nice view and excellent food

Rooms were fitted with large bed and pleasant bathrooms. The food at the restaurant was awesome - large portions and very tasty. The place is very quiet, accommodates pets and you can park your car right in front of the building.

Nice area, unpleasant staff

The hotel is nicely located away from the street,quiet, but in the center of Juodkrante and easy walk to the sea. The room was small and very hot, no A/C. Breakfast was good, but the staff throughout the hotel was unpleasant. Slow service and every ask was taken hostile. Restaurant prices are sky high, so did not try out.
