The thousand and one nights at Riad Dar Dada Mouss
Undoubtedly an oasis in the center of the medina, decorated in the style of the thousand and one nights, Mom takes care of Moroccan cuisine, making your evenings a true delight. Mouss prepares the best tea in Marrakech accompanied by the impressive typical Moroccan sweets (gazelle horns). The rooms are authentic suites decorated with exquisite taste by Sophie. The breakfasts are true delicacies (special mention to the homemade peanut butter prepared by little Aisha). The Riad has a rooftop pool to relax after exploring the city. Mouss and Sophie personally ensure that you lack nothing during your stay at their Riad, they assist you with everything and advise you to make your visit to Marrakech perfect. Do not worry about languages; Mouss and Sophie speak many languages: English, French, Spanish, Arabic... without a doubt, it is the best Riad in the city, located just a 10-minute walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa square, with an excellent location to walk calmly anywhere. We will return "inshallah."

We stayed for two nights and truly wished we had spent our entire six-night stay here — it is simply that special. From the moment you arrive, you feel immersed in an authentic yet refined Moroccan world.
The riad itself is beautifully curated: cosy, sophisticated, and full of traditional handcrafted details — from carved wood and textiles to elegant lighting and serene lounge spaces. Every corner invites you to slow down and enjoy the atmosphere, exactly as enchanting as the photos suggest (if not more).
What elevates the experience to exceptional is the host, Abdoll. Always present with a warm smile, a kind word, and a glass of freshly poured mint tea, he genuinely cares that you experience the very best of Marrakech. His hospitality feels personal and heartfelt — the kind that makes you feel not like a guest, but like a welcomed friend.
The location is perfect: right in the vibrant heart of the medina, surrounded by life and energy during the day, yet wonderfully peaceful at night. Waking up to the soft sounds of the hummingbirds across the city rooftops adds a magical calm to the mornings.
Breakfast is another highlight — generous, fresh, and lovingly prepared: traditional breads and Moroccan pancakes, homemade jams, omelette, fresh fruit and juice, with tea or coffee. Nothing short of spectacular.

Mouss's mother is incredibly refined in Moroccan cuisine; the couscous and chicken tagine with vegetables are very good.

Like at home
I spent almost two weeks in this riad and honestly it was a very nice experience from start to finish. The location is really strategic: close to everything, which makes it easy to enjoy the city without complications.
The welcome and service are exceptional. Many thanks to Abdou, Fatima and Moustafa for their kindness, availability and great professionalism. The whole team really does everything possible to make guests feel comfortable and at home.
The atmosphere is warm, friendly and family friendly, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. Special mention also for the kitchen prepared by the mother: delicious dishes, made with heart and authenticity.
