Terrible experience. Beware of first appearances. Zero reliable. I contacted to organize a retreat for a group in October. I went to see the site at the May 1st bridge. Fernando, the owner, was very kind; he gave a discount for the 2 nights my husband and I stayed and for the breakfasts. We accepted the terms, I began to make transfers, and just before reaching half of the total for the stay, he started changing the terms and his attitude. He responded a day later, claiming that he was attending to VIP clients and other matters or on his day off. In response to my refusal to accept and my request for proper attention, he became rude and arrogant, wanting to get involved in the organization of my event. I requested a refund with the cancellation; he accepted, asking for a few days to process it. He kept me waiting for a week. I had to contact him yesterday; he told me that he had it yesterday and today he contacted me to inform me that he would deduct money for administrative expenses and the discounts. Without further ado, he deducted $1,900 when he had committed to refunding the full amount. I have the conversations that support my claim since everything is documented on WhatsApp.
