You have to manually open à gate and then close it in the parking lot, our apps were not working on the TV and no one available to help when we called receptionist. Pool has cold water which is understandable since Yucatán is hot. There is a restaurant onsite until 3pm which is a plus.

To avoid

Internet network more than shabby: you have to stay near the window to hope to have a connection. It's like the previous century.
The hotel has a pompous colonial entrance, but unfortunately we do not live in the entrance... The room does not meet our expectations at all: it is outdated, poorly maintained, and the bathroom is even more so. The towels are so worn that they have become a dirty white color.
The absence of mosquito nets in the windows allows in mosquitoes and makes the stay even more unpleasant.
Insecure parking in a rundown courtyard, with homeless people nearby.
Very few tourists, since the hotel is expensive for the services offered. Besides, he's pretty off-center.
In Mérida, there is much better: more central and cheaper hotels.

Found used condoms on the side table and lamp. Sheets weren’t cleaned. The shower water pressure was high and the water would leak to the floor.
There is no restaurant in the hotel. I tried going to order food and no one was there. The pool was small didn’t get in.
Location was ok.
I wouldn’t stay here again. With all the issues they didn’t give us any credits.

Merida for some joints

The hotel is very well located: halfway between the center and the beautiful neighborhoods. Comfortable room, well maintained and excellent service. Small pool and especially the water is not heated when it is 35C , quite a shock. Be careful, the noise of the discotheques of the neighborhood makes a vroom up in the room

The room was clean but the front service was not good. It was hard to find someone at the front desk.
