Roofed and heated pool

It is a very nice hotel, we loved its roofed pool and hot water, if you have children you will have an amazing time, very comfortable pillows, wonderful attention.

Terrible experience July 2026

Horrible experience!!! Terrible customer service!!! It took them 2 hours to give me my room (they lost my paperwork), they didn't have air conditioning and offered fans, which never arrived even though I asked for them 2 times, it took them half an hour at the front desk to make me an invoice, the facilities are old and smell bad, I do not recommend it at all.

Lousy hotel

Bad experience the hotel is already very old and careless elevators very slow and old but the worst thing is that I never had hot water in the room reported to reception and nothing to the ptro day in the morning I asked to talk to the manager and she told me that there was nothing in log and that because I could not do anything maybe leave us an hour more! At any other chain hotel they are resolute or would have offered us breakfast at least! Look for other options do not throw your money away!!!

A slight escape from reality

It was a good experience overall!! The heated pool, the hot tub, they attended to me promptly to resolve some details, early check-in.
Details to consider: check the facilities before leaving; the bathroom was locked; the tub lid was replaced afterwards; the reception staff should improve the check-in and problem-solving process.

The hotel is very conveniently located—just a 15-minute walk to Estadio Hidalgo, making it easy to attend night games without worry. It's also only about a 5-minute walk from the bus terminal, which is very convenient.
The room was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable.
Also, the Angelina's Mixology Bar located downstairs is open until 1 a.m. and offers a very pleasant atmosphere. I really enjoyed my time there.
